It features 2 double bedrooms, a mezzanine with a sofa bed for 2 additional guests, a living room, and 1 bathroom. The private kitchen is fully equipped, and a washing machine and Wi-Fi are available. Relax on the porch or in the garden and enjoy breathtaking views of the sea and Mount Etna, a highlight of the home. There’s also an outdoor shower. On the property, you’ll find aromatic herbs, fruit, olive oil, and locally produced honey, available for purchase for an authentic experience. A parking space is provided. One pet is allowed, respecting the owner’s animals (a kitten and a dog live upstairs). Extra services are offered on request and available for an additional fee: airport or train station shuttle, culinary experience, and in-home dinner with local products. The apartment is close to the beach, ideal for swimming and relaxation. It’s just a short drive from Catania, Syracuse, and the most renowned destinations of eastern Sicily. The house is well insulated and maintains a pleasant temperature, so air conditioning is not needed from April to November.
